Senior Pharmaceutical Scientist
Lead drug design and regulatory strategy engagements for biotech clients. Deep expertise in small molecule or biologic drug development required.
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years in drug discovery/development
- Experience with IND-enabling studies
- CRO management experience preferred
Biotech Business Strategist
Drive go-to-market strategy, federal contract acquisition, and operational scaling for biotech startup clients. MBA with biotech background strongly preferred.
- MBA from accredited program
- Experience in biotech/pharma industry
- Federal contracting (SBIR/STTR) knowledge a plus
- Strong financial modeling skills
Health Coach / Wellness Consultant
Deliver evidence-based health coaching to biotech professionals and organizations. Clinical background with wellness coaching experience required.
- RN, NP candidate, or MPH credential
- Health coaching certification preferred
- Experience with organizational wellness programs
- Strong communication and empathy skills
Omics Data Scientist
Lead multi-omics data integration projects for pharmaceutical clients. Expertise in genomics, proteomics, and bioinformatics pipelines required.
- Ph.D. in Genomics, Bioinformatics, or Computational Biology
- Proficiency in R, Python, and bioinformatics tools
- Experience with multi-omics integration
- Publication record preferred
Regulatory Affairs Consultant
Guide clients through FDA regulatory pathways, IND/NDA submissions, and pre-submission meetings. Former FDA experience highly valued.
- Ph.D. in relevant field or RAC certification
- 7+ years regulatory affairs experience
- IND, NDA, or BLA submission experience
- Former FDA reviewer experience a major plus
Marketplace Community Manager
Grow and manage the BioShare Marketplace community. Onboard new listers, facilitate connections, and ensure quality of listings across all categories.
- B.S. or M.S. in Life Sciences or related field
- Strong understanding of academic/biotech research landscape
- Community management or business development experience
- Excellent communication skills
