Bridge BioHealth Consulting LLC ("Bridge BioHealth," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform, services, and AI tools.
Table of Contents
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when using our platform, submitting forms, booking consultations, or creating an account. This includes name, email address, company name, job title, and any program or research information you submit through our AI tools.
We automatically collect certain technical data when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, time spent, and referral source. This data is collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
When you use our AI-powered tools (FDA Pathway Generator, Go/No-Go Decision Engine, M&A Pre-Acquisition Check, Grant Readiness Score), we collect the inputs you provide solely to generate your requested analysis. Program-identifying information (compound names, company names, deal targets) should not be submitted — use code names as instructed.
2. How We Use Your Information
To deliver the AI-generated reports, analyses, and services you request.
To communicate with you about your inquiries, consultations, and service engagements.
To send periodic updates, biotech intelligence newsletters, and platform announcements (you may unsubscribe at any time).
To improve our AI models, platform features, and user experience using aggregated, anonymized usage data.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure data storage, access controls, and regular security reviews.
Our platform tools are designed to avoid storing sensitive proprietary information. We strongly advise users to use code names and aliases when submitting deal or program information, as instructed within each tool.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies necessary for platform functionality, analytical cookies to understand usage patterns, and marketing cookies to measure campaign effectiveness.
You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
We use analytics services including aggregated analytics to understand how visitors interact with our platform. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Form submission data is retained for a maximum of 36 months unless you request earlier deletion.
AI tool inputs (excluding identifying information) may be retained in anonymized form to improve model performance.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at insights@bridgebiohealth.com.
6. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
